Passing percentage for NCLEX RN from April – June, 2019

The latest statistics on NCLEX pass rate has been published by NCSBN. The table given above is for RN:

Summary:

 

  1. If you have done your nursing degree in America, and you are writing NCLEX RN for first time: 89% passing percentage
  2. If you have done your nursing degree in America, and you failed NCLEX RN before: 37% passing percentage
  3. If you have done your nursing degree outside America, and you are writing NCLEX RN for first time: 46% passing percentage
  4. If you have done your nursing degree in America, and you failed NCLEX RN before: 28% passing percentage

Major point to note:

The passing rate given here does not define your success. This is an average taken from the entire data NCSBN have gathered. Your success depends on how good you are preparing for exam and how committed you are for your success.  So if you are an international nurse and a repeater for NCLEX RN, your passing percentage can be anything you want it to be.
