AppleRN Classes is a fast-growing online education company registered in Texas, USA, helping internationally educated nurses pass their licensure exams. We’re hiring an Operations Associate to guide prospective students and support our growing community.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to enquiries and advise prospective students on the right course
• Follow up on leads and own your pipeline through to enrolment
• Support existing students and manage their accounts on our website
• Share daily activity and performance reports with the administration team
• Work closely with the team and act on feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Fluent written and spoken Malayalam and English
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined enough to work from home
• Comfortable with MS Office and Google Sheets
• Indian citizen residing in Kerala, with reliable internet and a quiet space for calls

A plus: Canva, Camtasia or other video editing skills; experience in sales, admissions or customer success.
